Description:
OCS is looking for a driver to pick up food waste buckets from residential and commercial customers Tuesday through Thursday. The driver will need to report to our processing location in Gravette for each shift. The driver will operate a Sprinter van to pick up food waste buckets and transport them back to the processing facility after each shift. The driver will be responsible for distributing Swap products to designated customers and taking necessary notes at pickups. The driver will also be responsible for maintaining the truck's inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance checks.
This position will start averaging 24 hours per week, and will move closer to FT come the end of 2023
Responsibilities:
- Collect food waste from residential and commercial customers
- Operate a Sprinter van to transport food waste to a processing facility
- Maintain the trucks inventory and complete all required paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Complete weekly maintenance checks (training available)
- Meet all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Smart phone for routing app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work long hours
